The staff were warm and helpful, and the linen was clean, but the room smelled bad and wasn’t clean. The building feels like it’s falling apart. We paid 413 MXN in total, which felt like a lot for what we got. It was the cheapest option we found in Villahermosa, but among the rooms we’d seen in Mexico, the price for the quality was the worst. Fine for one night if you just need to move on, but I’d pay a little more to stay somewhere else longer.

Worst experience ever. Don’t go there, especially if you care about your life.

There’s no internet, or it works terribly. The place is revoltingly dirty, with a bad smell in both the rooms and bathroom. I know it’s a budget hotel, but that doesn’t excuse such poor hygiene.

A nice spot to get some rest. There’s no traffic or noise at night.
