From when we arrived until after we left, the power was out. We had no electricity, AC, Wi-Fi, TV, or hot water. We asked for a goodwill gesture, and the manager laughed at us. The team wasn't friendly or helpful, the bathroom smelled like sewer, and there was constant noise from staff in the corridor and car horns in the street. The worst hostel in Mexico. Don't come here, it's a joke!

The food options nearby are really limited. The area feels isolated, with only hot dogs for sale on one corner. The place had some potential, but there was no hot water. We complained at reception, and the man assured us there was water, but it never came on. The mattress was a bit flat, there were no outlets to charge a phone, and the TVs were small and old-fashioned. It's okay if you're just passing through, but otherwise I'd look elsewhere. I wouldn't come back.

The beds are hard, there really is no water, and the room smelled musty. The location is the only thing it has going for it.
