The location is great, with plenty of good restaurants right nearby. The rooms are nothing fancy and feel overpriced. Maybe they charge more because a lot of oil workers stay here. I never got internet access, which is unacceptable. They need to improve the service and charge a fair price. I wouldn’t recommend it unless location is what you’re after.

The rooms were very uncomfortable, and noise from people in neighboring rooms kept me from resting. The TV didn’t work, and I spent two days trying unsuccessfully to get maintenance to fix it. There was no fridge or minibar, and moving the upstairs room’s chair made a loud noise. The access cards or keys kept going down, and I asked to have them changed more than five times.

The hotel has a pool, which is clean and nice for cooling off in the hot summer months. A simple snack breakfast is included, though it’s a pity there isn’t a basic restaurant. The hotel area of villahermosa has a few restaurants nearby. It’s clean, simple, accessible, and good value for money.

The rooms are cozy and clean, mostly just a place to sleep, with limited amenities. The on-site restaurant serves good food, and there are several other places to eat nearby.

The staff are kind, and the hotel restaurant has just had renovation work. It seems like they’re still recovering from the pandemic. A nice option for a short stay, with very basic room amenities.
