The location was okay, but the pool looked dirty and the prices felt high for what you get. The hotel has a dark atmosphere, and the front desk staff weren’t very attentive or friendly. It was okay overall, though I’d likely choose another place next time.

Our room was clean, but the customer service fell short. We were in room 201 beneath the restaurant, and music, banging doors, and people talking came through loudly. We called the front desk hoping to move somewhere quieter, but they didn’t care.

The people were so friendly, and the restaurant food was delicious and very affordable. I loved this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. I enjoyed my stay, and hope you enjoy Xalapa Veracruz. Visiting from Santa Fe NM USA.

The hotel itself is nice, and some staff members are friendly, but there are much better and cheaper choices nearby. For the high price, the service was substandard: ordinary requests weren’t accommodated, staff talked loudly in the hallway at 1am, and some were simply rude. Definitely not worth paying extra.
