The rooms are roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant is good. The front desk staff are kind and helpful. HB sits on one of Xalapa's main avenues. The view at the back isn't much, and you might notice noise in the rooms. A decent place to stay.

I live in Xalapa and only came in for breakfast. The buffet was very nice and the place was spotless. The Pan America volley ball games were on that day, and all the teams were staying there.

I was very pleased with my stay. Hotel Bello Xalapa is modern, trendy, and spotless, in a very safe area. There’s underground parking, with a couple of security guys always at the entrance. Customer service was great, the breakfast buffet was included and excellent, and the WiFi was fast. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were amazing. I don't speak Spanish, but they still did a great job making me feel comfortable. The location is great too.

In Xalapa, Veracruz, I found Hb Hoteles the best hotel, with a pool, restaurant, and rooms. You can get one for more than MX$1000 pesos!
