For $280.00 MXN, the two of us got a small, clean private room with a bathroom and hot water. There was no TV, and the pillows were worn. Since the room is right beside a little garden, we also found a huge spider. The location is central, and for friends or families the four-person room at $400.00 MXN seems convenient. The service didn't feel as wonderful as many reviews say. It also seemed the staff changed depending on the time of day. The man over 50 on our night shift was rather surly, and we didn't feel very welcome.
