I showed up in Xilitla without a place booked after one flight from Atl to Mex, a connection from Mex to San Luis Potosi, and a drive of around 5-6 hours. I happened to pass Hotel Aurora while its front gates were open, and ended up staying there. They welcomed my horrible Spanish and made me feel at home. The rooms are lovely, with balconies and stunning views of Xilitla. Thanks again for hosting me. I hope I can eat with you next time.
The location is perfect and the price is good. The place is clean and the staff are good, though some rooms need a little maintenance, like the bathroom roof.
The staff were very attentive, but there isn't a swimming pool. On hot days, it would be good to have one.

The owner was really kind, and the place was absolutely perfect. I’d recommend it!
