Fiesta Inn Zacatecas

The rooms are contemporary, comfortable, and have A/C, all for a great price. The food downstairs was just okay. Breakfast and the other dishes were fine, but the ribs and pasta we ordered didn’t taste the way they should. You can walk to a couple of corner stores, but the hotel isn’t in a central area for exploring on foot. Uber to the mall worked well.

It feels safe and convenient, with a shuttle service and a spot near the shopping mall, Mobil Gas station, Starbucks and a Carl's Jr. Parking includes a covered underground area for cars and an uncovered area for cars and RV's. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Our room was spacious, with a king bed, living room, dining area, and two bathrooms. The price was quite reasonable, and the restaurant was good, though a bit pricey. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Worst Hotel ever. We booked two superior rooms next to each other, both with king beds, and requested mountain views. Instead, we got one superior room and one standard room, and the view request had disappeared. Our friends got a better room. A woman at the counter changed our rooms around and tried to change everything. She seemed uninterested in the booking confirmation we showed her. I don’t understand Spanish, but after I pointed out that we had confirmation, I understood what “gilipollas” meant. We had booked everything well in advance. Worst Fiesta Hotel.
