I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this time I will. My things had been rearranged by staff after cleaning, which I didn't like. The top-floor room I was given, room no. 12, had an unbearable smell, and bits of paint were peeling from the walls and ceiling onto the bed. The bathroom was in very poor shape, with mold painted over. Showering there felt like breathing it in. Other rooms and bathrooms may be in better condition.

For one night in a 'Superior' room, we paid 438 mxn with taxes included, and it was good value. The staff were friendly and it's close to all the downtown spots. There were stains on the sofa, though, and the toilet pressure was very low. Careful with tacos.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was great. It was clean apart from a few stains on the sofa. The bathroom had no pressure.

SCAM!!! I paid for an online reservation, but when I arrived they said there were no rooms and wouldn't refund my money. Don't go here, and do NOT pay online.
