There was never hot water, apparently because the heater couldn't handle seven rooms. The blankets were actually curtains, and when we were leaving they held us up to count the sheets, “blankets,” and towels in each room. They don't provide receipts or invoices. Posada del Virrey and Hotel Mina Vetagrande are owned by the same people. There was no bus access, so we had to walk several blocks each way. The rooms were very cramped: they put four of us in single rooms. Towels weren't changed daily. There was no TV, the internet didn't reach the rooms, and cell reception on the property was almost nonexistent.

The marble floor was my favorite, it keeps the place nice and cool. The facilities are beautiful and clean, and the service was excellent for a fair price. I didn't take photos, but everything looks just like it does on their website.

I was there on August 13th and asked for an invoice, but got excuse after excuse and no invoice. The service was terrible, and the water ran out the next day. There was also a sewer smell in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you need an invoice.
