I book around 70-80 rooms a year, and this was absolutely terrible service. I booked a room through Expedia this morning. Just as I was getting into Zacatecas, with the streets packed, they messaged me on WhatsApp to say the room was no longer available. I was only 5 minutes away and asked if they had another room. They simply said no and wouldn't explain why they had canceled. Please never trust this hotel.

The welcome was great, and the rooms were excellent and super clean. There's a gym, a TV with Roku, and hot water. I highly recommend it.

The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are lovely, though on the small side. The building is above a funeral home.

There's so much to see within walking distance. The huge parish is just around the corner, and nearby lanes lead toward the historic center, with restaurants, tacos, souvenir shops, and quartz shops along the way. Across the street there's a park, and there are churches nearby too. The hotel faces the aqueduct, the arched structure, and on the corner is the bakery "Dulce obsesión," with delicious cakes for a celebration. Around the corner you'll also find plenty of places, including Waldos, clothing stores, pharmacies, and Oxxos, so it's easy to get around. Bring your sneakers, you'll find beautiful places as you walk. 🫶🏼

The suites are roomy and spotless, with top-notch service. A great location, and a comfortable, quiet place to relax. Highly recommended.
