Quinta Real Zacatecas

The coffee machine didn't work, and all I got was an apology and a promise that they were reporting it. They already knew about that and the lack of hot water before letting guests stay, but didn't tell us before charging. The service was really bad. Please let people know about the hot water before taking their money. Hotel don Miguel is much better. Shame on you, Quinta real.

My husband and I came with some cousins for drinks and appetizers at the bar. We weren't staying at the beautiful hotel, and we arrived too late to eat at the restaurant, so we had prime rib tacos that evening instead. They were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend visiting.

The valet guy was amazing. What a beautiful place, and the architecture is gorgeous!

The hotel may look charming, but the service was terrible, the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Valet kept the key to our electric car, so after we'd reached our destination we had to drive all the way back to retrieve it and avoid being stranded. Staff didn't seem to care, were on the phone, and never apologized for the major mistake or the inconvenience. The hair dryer in the room didn't work, so I had to ask for another one. The doors squeak loudly enough to wake other people when you open or close them. I wish the service lived up to the hotel's appearance.
