We give this place a 10! The rooms were spotless and very quiet, and they welcomed us with our dogs, which was the best part. The two staff members, a gentleman and a young man, were attentive, smiling, and excellent with us. In the mornings, the roosters crowing made it feel like the countryside, with all the peace you could want. The gentleman is clearly proud of his birds and his beautiful, well-cared-for peacocks. A highly recommended place to stay.

The family running the place, the owners and their son, provide excellent service. It's clean, affordable, and really quiet, with a spot where you can help yourself to free coffee and bread. There's Wi-Fi and a screen in the room too. Good value.

They kept in touch with us on WhatsApp and were attentive the whole time, even arranging for us to arrive in the early morning hours. We're very grateful. The accommodation was lovely, quiet, and beautiful, and it's conveniently close to the bus terminal. Excellent place!

We paid a reasonable 450, and the place has a lovely large green area. The room was standard, though it could use a piece of furniture. Service was very good, and they offer coffee and bread, although we didn't get to try them. The lights at night and buses didn't bother us. I'd recommend it.

It's a budget stay on a wooded property near the Zacatlán de Las Manzanas bus terminal. The rooms are simple, but very clean, and the staff gave excellent service.
