10/10
The staff are friendly, and the rooms are very comfortable, with roomy bathrooms and hot water whenever you need it. Some online deals don’t apply, though, and most seem limited to the cheaper rooms without ravine views. The price gap for a view room isn’t that big, so I’d choose one of the outside-facing suites. I’d call directly instead of booking through an app.

The hotel has been redone recently. It’s not a luxury place, but the renovated rooms with a view are quite good: very clean right now, comfortable beds, and a lovely view. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Maybe they’ll add breakfast someday!

The location was wonderful, and the rooms were amazing, clean, and had a great view. The staff made us feel welcome and were extremely friendly. WiFi worked reliably, too. Zacatlán is a beautiful city to visit!

The staff were kind and helpful, and it’s a beautiful place to stay. I’d highly recommend the motel and its location.

The rooms were awful and smelled horrible. Staff weren’t very accommodating, and management was poor.
