The place and its location are beautiful, and the service was great. I stayed in the larger cabin, I think it was the premium one, but the rooms need some attention. November nights were so cold. Why not add portable heaters? The fireplaces were too small or too far away to help much. The beds were really hard too, like sleeping on rocks, and I struggled to get comfortable. One bathroom was locked and out of service, while another had trouble flushing and filling its water tank. There was also water dripping through the downstairs ceiling from beneath that bathroom.

There was no gas when we arrived, so the room was freezing. It had no heating, and the toilet wasn't working right either. The room was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend going.

They served complimentary coffee and bread, and both were delicious. The service was excellent, too. It's an easy-to-reach, pleasant place near the city center, with different rooms that work well for relaxing with family or a partner. Hot showers and a solid fireplace are a plus, especially since the area can get quite cold.

It's very affordable for such a beautiful place. The grounds are spacious and green, the rooms are clean, and it feels safe. The service was wonderful, and being so close to the center makes it a great base for relaxing or exploring Zacatlán. The location and service are fantastic, so I'll definitely come back.
