Hotel Casablanca

Service was great, with everyone helpful and accommodating. The room on the 5th floor was fine for sleeping, though the carpet was dirty. Room service food was very good and arrived quickly, and the views were lovely. I felt safe walking to and from the plaza, and everything was convenient. The Wi-Fi wasn't good when I tried to check in with family at the end of the night.

From the 5th, top floor, I had an amazing view over downtown and its iconic cathedral. The room felt first rate for a ~4 star hotel, and I appreciate hotels that leave plenty of coffee. The bed was firmer than I like. Breakfast service was very poor. I'd read another review about the food service and tried to keep an open mind, but the wait staff really fell short. The food wasn't great either, and street vendors are a better bet.

The location is handy, right in the heart of Durango near plazas and places to eat, so you can walk around or do some shopping. The room was okay, but there were very few outlets. Hotel food was average and took about an hour to arrive, and the Wi-Fi was awful, probably the worst part of the stay. It was okay, but could've been better. 3/5.

Breakfast took 2.5 hours to arrive, and it wasn't anything fancy. The restaurant service was terrible. If you sit in the lobby, expect the servers to delay because it's not their preferred spot. This was honestly the worst service I've ever had in my life. I have no comment about the hotel rooms.
