Los Angeles Hotel is nicely designed and decorated, just 2.5 blocks from the square. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the bedding was new and clean, which suited the cold weather during our stays. We had a wonderful time, though it's too bad you can't book online.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the owners and staff were very kind and friendly. It's two squares from downtown, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

The location is great, the rooms are fine, and the beds are comfortable. Our downstairs room was noisy, though, and made it hard to rest. The staff were friendly and attentive, but you have to let them know in advance when you need your car. They refused our card payment even though they had a terminal and Booking.com said cards were accepted. 😑

It's close to the center and easy to get to. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bathroom is tiny too. I've found reception empty and had to wait a long time. The entrance is often unattended, so security doesn't feel like much.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Zacatlán with my family, and we all loved it. The location, cleanliness, service, and attention were great across the board. I highly recommend it, and I'll stay here again when I return.
