The hosts make this feel more like visiting family than checking into a hotel, and that warm, caring atmosphere hit me as soon as I arrived. I came with no real expectations and ended up having one of my best stays in Mexico. I especially liked how peaceful the place felt. It helped me slow down and reconnect, and the food was delicious and clearly made with care. There are activities like canvas painting, Reiki and energy cleansing, plus the spa, which all added something meaningful to the stay. Zacatlán is charming, with nature, waterfalls and lovely views around it. There’s plenty to do, but it’s also easy to get away from everyday noise. I can’t think of a better way to begin 2026. It was a special, unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend it. 🤍

The Temazcal felt traditional and healing, and the pendulum and Akashic Records readings struck me as accurate, revealing and healing too. They left me wanting to learn more about the subject. The place itself is beautiful, with a vibe unlike anywhere else. The hosts are warm and make you feel like family, and their calm pets seem safe around both children and other pets. I highly recommend it.

Don’t judge it by the cover. We loved our stay: the rooms were very clean, breakfast tasted homemade, and we felt close to nature. Mr. Fernando gave excellent service. 100,000/10, highly recommended.

Guests can wander through the large garden, and the service is very welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and has an interesting history, since the first clock was manufactured there.
