The staff were consistently kind, and parking was easy. There are several places to eat within walking distance, including Starbucks and Popeyes, and I’d stay here again. Our room was clean and had plenty of towels, including a washcloth. Breakfast was an OK grab-and-go selection: fruit, yogurt, granola bars, cereal, pastries, and a hot entrée, plus coffee, water, juice, and tea. From the eighth floor, the nearby roosters weren’t loud enough to bother me, and I slept fine. The room was peaceful, though it was beside the linen room, so I could hear the doors banging when staff came in during the morning. Being near the elevator caused a little noise too, but it wasn’t too bad unless I listened for it. I’d been moved from room 802 earlier, and the walls there were extremely thin.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel itself is decent, but I barely slept. It sits in an industrial area by the freeway, and traffic from three sides came through even with earplugs. On the home-facing side, roosters started crowing around 2 a.m. We changed rooms three times. The last one was indoors but behind the elevator, and we were charged for switching to two queen beds from a king, even though we needed to move because we couldn’t sleep. We had a driver parked at the hotel all weekend. If you can sleep through noise, the place may work for you. Otherwise, expect a rough night.

I only stayed because the bride at a wedding I was invited to had suggested this hotel. I paid for two queen beds, but got a different room with just one queen. They blamed Expedia for the mistake, though I’ve never had a problem with Expedia before.

The hotel looks nice, but it’s not run well. I had a reservation and was charged more than the online listed price. My check-in was set for 8 a.m., yet I didn’t get a room until 3 p.m. They said there were no rooms, even though I saw most people checking out around 10 p.m.

The room was small, and the shuttle took two hours to show up. No one answered my calls. I wouldn’t recommend it.
