The room change took two hours because the desk couldn't find the manager, who alone could approve it. This came after shower water escaped under the glass door track and ran across the bathroom into the bedroom on our first day. I asked for an upgrade or a refund if the replacement was smaller, and then another room suddenly became available. After that, I had to go to reception every evening to get my key reprogrammed. Our new room had no spare blankets and felt cold, and the bathroom had no bulb. We also had to ask for toilet paper each night. Eventually it didn't seem worth complaining again. I wouldn't send anyone here, not even my worst enemy.

During my three-day stay, the safe didn't work and I was robbed. Management did nothing about it. I don't recommend this place, and I won't stay here again.

The rooms were clean, and the bed and shower were good. We also really enjoyed how friendly the crew was, especially Martín, who brought breakfast each morning with such a cheerful attitude. It's a lovely, peaceful spot in the middle of a hectic big city. You can hear the road, but we got used to that pretty quickly. A very pleasant surprise!

The staff were excellent, and our room was clean and looked after. The restaurants are very good, which matters because there aren't other options nearby. A few things to know: the bathroom is small but works fine, and being right on the highway means road noise. People at the pool talked until 2 a.m. on our first night. I'm 6'6", and the beds in our room were short and very firm.
