Hard Rock Hotel Cancun - All Inclusive

We had a great time, and my 4 year old loved it too. The kids’ areas were a big part of that, with an outdoor pool and slides, plus indoor activities like bracelet making and cap personalisation. The staff were very friendly with the kids. The 8pm kids’ shows had awards and fun activities, and the 9pm performances were pretty good too, including Bon Jovi and Guns N Roses, an african show, and a Michael Jackson show. Frida restaurant had a good range of food, from fresh fruit and juice to meats, fish, and soups. The beach was super close and the room had a beautiful view. It was cleaned well every day, and coming back to a cool room after a long day was genuinely pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Roxity Kids Club made it easy for us to relax, since the team created a fun, welcoming, and safe place for the kids. Andi, Ale Marie, and Fer were especially kind, attentive, and engaging. They clearly care about making the experience memorable. The activities were organized well and kept the kids busy the whole time. We really appreciated their patience, warmth, and energy every day. Thanks for taking such good care of our kids during our stay.

The kids were asking to go to the kids club every afternoon. Ale, Andi, Marie, and Fer remembered them from day one, knew them by name, and always brought so much energy. We also loved the Music Lab, where Mariana helped us rock out together as a family. I can’t wait to get our edited music video. Hector and Roberto were wonderful butlers for us as Hall of Fame members. They were kind and attentive, and even decorated our room for my daughter’s 9th birthday, which was a big hit. Hector and PeeWee at breakfast were also among the best staff. This is our happy place, with a wonderful beach, even with the seaweed this trip. We’re heading home today after a week that flew by. We’re looking forward to the planned renovation and already excited to come back next year.

The surf and turf dinner on the beach was delicious, and everyone made the whole stay better than I expected. Eliazar, Margarita, Coral, Edwin, Viridiana, and Raul were caring, attentive, and great at what they do. Margarita and Eliazar were especially sweet and made sure we were well taken care of. Coral and Raul went out of their way to help, always with a welcoming smile, and Edwin made sure we were set up at the pool or beach. Viridiana gave me a great haircut, and my nails looked really cute. I’m so glad I got to meet everyone and enjoy this experience before my babies are born. I wish I didn’t have to leave, but all good things come to an end. Thank you, Hard Rock team.
