Hyatt Regency Andares Guadalajara

The breakfast buffet and lounge were superb, and I highly recommend making the most of the breakfast. We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and modern, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a nice part of town with lots of shops and restaurants, and it feels very safe. Everything was what you'd expect from a Hyatt.

It's the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are amazing, and everyone on staff is incredibly friendly. The area around the hotel feels very high scale, with plenty within walking distance, including restaurants, two high scale malls, a grocery store, and a pharmacy. I'll definitely stay here for business trips from now on.

Kanali Spa was an amazing experience, and the hotel itself is clean and inviting in a great location. What stood out most was the people. They're warm, kind, helpful, and always smiling. Sure, some might say that's just the job, but their care felt shockingly genuine. We've stayed at many five star places around the world where you can smell the BS behind the smile. That wasn't the case here, and that warmth reached beyond the hotel too. Thank you, Mariana at the concierge desk, you're the best!

While I was out, a substantial amount of cash I'd left on the desk in my room went missing. I noticed as soon as I returned, and was immediately concerned about the security and handling of guest rooms. The lack of urgency and accountability when I reported it was the most frustrating part. For a hotel presenting itself as a luxury property in one of Guadalajara’s most upscale areas, I expected much more professionalism, security, and protection for guests. Be careful with valuables and use the safe, however secure the property may seem. This experience badly affected my trust and overall impression of Hyatt Regency Andares Guadalajara.
