The room itself is nice, but there’s no air conditioning and we saw cockroaches. The garage door’s padlock doesn’t work either. They need to pay closer attention to these things.

I want my refund! We couldn’t get into the Airbnb, and by the time anyone replied, I’d already found somewhere else to stay. They have good reviews, so maybe this kind of bad experience just happened to me. But they have refund policies and never returned the money they promised, even after contacting me on WhatsApp. They’ve had my payment information since September and still haven’t paid or done anything. I hope they sort this out. Time passing doesn’t make the problem go away. They’re quick to take your money and then don’t answer. I have the photos. I want my refund!

The managers were easy to communicate with and very friendly. I loved staying here. The area felt safe and was easy to get around, and the rooms were nicely decorated and practical for couples with kids. The internet worked too, which can be a weak point at other places to stay.

Street noise is the one downside, but the place is close to several spots tourists might want to visit. It’s lovely and cozy, and the directions and amenities are clearly laid out.
