Sleep Inn Guadalajara Galerias

My family and I really appreciated how the staff worked together and treated us with such kindness. They were experienced, friendly, and professional, and handled situations by making sure guests were comfortable. Thanks to everyone, especially the sales manager GUSTAVO RAMIREZ.

Their website says there's a washer and dryer, but the hotel doesn't have them. If you're staying more than 3 days, you'll need to find somewhere nearby to do laundry. They should update the website.

Getting into the property can be tricky. After making the U-turn, if it's safe, move onto the service road that leads to the hotel. Once there, the rooms are clean and a good size, and guest services are good. It's good value for a work trip, close to lots of things, and I'd stay again.

My room was only semi-clean, there was no hand soap or cleaning supplies, and the hallways and elevators were dirty. I didn't see any cleaning or security staff. Around 3 am, some intoxicated young people knocked on my door four times and made noise in the hall. I finally got up and shouted for them to stop, but nobody from the hotel came to quiet them down. At 5:30 am, kitchen staff started cleaning tables and setting up breakfast noisily. This was all in one night. From my experience, I'd avoid the second floor and ask for the third or above. Greetings.
