The room had some wear and tear, with missing paint and dents, but the service was outstanding, girrrrrlllllll. Kevin, Ramiro, and Jimena at reception were so cheerful and friendly. Daily room cleaning and the water bottle they provide were nice too. Breakfast was amazing and changes every day, and the views and elevators were great. Definitely worth the money. I'll be back.

I've been a Customer-Guest at the Intercontinental Presidente Hotel in Guadalajara, Mexico, for several years, and the service has always been excellent. The Front Desk, Valet, and Urban Restaurant have all treated me well, and the Rooms and Beds are very comfortable. I'm celebrating my Birthday today, and the staff made me feel special, almost like a Family Member. They're kind and respectful, and I really appreciate how well they treat me. Thank you very much!! After several happy stays with all the services, our visit on January 8th and 9th, 2026 ended with a cockroach in the bed. On the last night, I felt something crawling on my leg, lifted the sheets, and found a small one. I'm terrified of them, and my husband killed it right away before I could take a photo. I think the trash cans should have paper liners so food doesn't get stuck inside, and the rooms should be vacuumed. I own a cleaning company in another country and can tell what kind of cleaning has been done. It's really unfortunate, and it makes me wonder whether the kitchen is infested with those bugs too.

The attention was impeccable, and it's good value for money in a very privileged zone. Public transportation, taxi sites, and Uber drivers are always nearby, and everything is a reasonable distance away. Plaza del sol and plaza la perla are very close, along with all the amenities you might need. The rooms are slightly dated, and there's no bathtub. The gym and pool are OK. Nearly perfect, very recommended.
