The view is beautiful, but I can’t recommend staying here because of the security concerns. I was robbed on the road, and there are no security cameras. We left early rather than continue our stay, but the hosts refused even a partial refund. The hosts are elderly and have trouble attending to guests. They do their best, though even connecting to the Wi-Fi was difficult because the address was handwritten and illegible.

My family and I rented a room on November 1, 2025, for the Pátzcuaro festivities. The road is dangerous and we were robbed, but the hotel gave us no support at all. It even seemed to us that they were in cahoots with organized crime. The place was dark throughout, with dirty rooms and a filthy kitchen. These aren’t cabins, and there’s no parking.
