The hotel's own prices were higher than the ones listed online on its website. Staff also called the police on our Uber driver. If you're taking a ride, be careful and don't go into the lobby. I've never seen such pettiness.

After a long day of travel, arriving around 9:00 p.m. in the dark was stressful. The hotel is only minutes from the airport, but it was extremely hard to find and there wasn't clear signage. I called using the hotel phone to ask how to reach reception, and they wouldn't give directions until they verified my reservation. Manager Daniel confirmed that's their policy. Making guests prove they have a reservation just to learn how to enter is poor customer service. No one should have to deal with that.

After two days on the road with a toddler, we arrived for the room we'd booked and paid for in advance, from 6 a.m. to noon for 2+1. We'd specifically told the hotel when we would get there. They said our reserved room had been taken and there were no other rooms available. One star across the board. A really disappointing experience, and I can't recommend staying here if you need to be sure you'll have a room.

We loved our stay. The location is handy if you want to avoid traveling back and forth to Mexico City, and there's a shuttle with a very kind driver. Breakfast runs from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and has plenty of variety. The rooms feel quite new, and they're modern and clean. The staff were helpful and clear. Super!
