The orange paint has been redone in charcoal black, which looks much better now. The new carpark gantry is an improvement over the old system, and security is good around the clock. The grounds and unit corridors are generally clean. The pool looks clean off leave or algae.

I've been living here for four months and am glad I relocated. The management is friendly and responsible, and keeps the property well maintained. It gets busy on weekends and holidays. My only drawback is there's no covered parking.
