Chef Adeq made the dining experience especially enjoyable. The food was delicious, and he was warm, approachable, and took time to speak with guests. His hospitality and genuine friendliness made us feel welcome and valued. Our stay at PARKROYAL A'Famosa Melaka was lovely from beginning to end. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a relaxing feel for families and business travelers alike. Staff throughout the hotel were professional, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. Thanks to Chef Adeq and the entire team. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Melaka and look forward to coming back.

The food in Club Lounge Park Royal Melaka was a real letdown during our three-day business meeting. The meat was very dry, and even the fresh-cut items didn’t seem fresh. Each time I brought my team in, the food seemed to get worse. At 6:40 pm, dishes still hadn’t been replenished even though guests were there wanting to eat. I was disappointed that the chef seemed not to care about the food quality, and management needs to pay more attention to the meals. I have more business meetings there in the coming weeks, so please improve the food and maybe change the chef responsible. We chose Park Royal Melaka because we hadn’t tried it before and wanted to compare it with other Park Royal club lounges. The food fell far below what we expected. Apart from that, the service was what you’d expect from the Park Royal brand.

Saiful at reception was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Shamer also made a strong first impression, with a friendly, knowledgeable manner and a smile. The concierge team were excellent and helped whenever we needed. Breakfast was the letdown. The menu was almost the same each morning, so it got boring by the second day. Some popular items ran out and took a long time to come back, and some stations stayed empty for too long. The manager looked stern, which made things feel less welcoming. Staff also kept approaching us to sign up for membership while we were eating and talking. Those repeated sales pitches spoiled the meal.
