The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the amenities were thoughtful, including very safe locations and fast Wi-Fi. My room was spotless, quiet, and immaculately maintained, with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. Outstanding room and service, a top-tier stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel is near Pearl Mall, with lots of places to eat around. It was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and gave great service with a smile. I’ll definitely be back.

The room felt a little cramped, but the beds were comfortable and the kettle worked. I also thought it was considerate of them to install bathroom railings for disabled guests.

This was my second stay here, 2-3 years after the first, and it’s still a great, wonderful place to stay. The service was good and I was satisfied. Everything else was okay, though they gave me only one access card instead of two.
