The room was spotless throughout our four-night stay, and housekeeping kept it that way every day. We also found all the staff polite, professional, and helpful, which made the visit very pleasant. The facilities could use more upkeep, though. Some parts looked worn or dated and seem due for upgrades or more frequent maintenance. We still recommend the hotel for its service and cleanliness, and better maintenance would make it a perfect stay.

We stayed here in September 2025 and had a great experience. The lobby has lovely decor, and our room was comfortable, well equipped, and good for the price. There are dorm style rooms on one of the hotel's floors too, which seem suitable for school or university groups. A good option in Malacca if you'd rather stay some distance from Bandar Melaka.

The price is good for a hotel right beside the beach. Deluxe rooms face the ocean, though trees block most of the view. It was okay for a three-star hotel, and Medan selera is nearby.
