The food court downstairs has plenty of choices from morning till night. For breakfast, there’s roti canai and mee rebus, simple local food that hits the spot. Convenience stores, laundry services, and other shops are right downstairs too, so it’s easy to get what you need. It’s on a row of shoplots, but the hotel makes good use of the space. The layout is practical, and there are several room types. If you don’t want to share a bathroom, they also have rooms with en-suite facilities. For the price, this was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in. I’m not comparing it with a high-end five-star place, just saying that for its category, it was spotless. The fresh, pleasant smell made me almost feel bad messing up the bed. It’s a basic bed, the pillows are okay rather than cloud-nine, and the air conditioning works perfectly. I slept genuinely well, and the food court noise didn’t bother me much. Maybe the room is well insulated, or I was just too comfortable to care. If you’re traveling on a budget and want a very clean room that smells fresh, this place is worth considering. It’s practical and comfortable for the price.

I stayed two nights. The room and its sheets and covers were sparkling clean and smelled pleasant. The air conditioning and water heater worked well, and there was a coway machine down the hall. Food stalls, a laundromat, a bank, 7e, a barber, a ladies’ hair salon, and a mini market are all within walking distance. A good option for a budget trip. I’d be happy to stay again.

Food stalls nearby and the facilities were good. The room was comfortable for a family, and the toilet was clean with working hot water. There was some noise because the room is close to reception and the property sits beside the road, but it was fine for a short stay.

The family room was clean and fit four of us. There are street food stalls, convenience stores, and a BSN bank nearby, and the staff were friendly. Finding the place was easy, though the welcome bell is really loud.
