The buildings don't seem to be maintained very well, so I hope management takes better care of the place. Still, it's a good spot for families, with a great view over Putrajaya lake.

You get a beautiful view of the putrajaya lake and it's fairly quiet. The condo is nice, though the infrastructure is minimal.

The unit itself was kept in good shape, but the parking area and lift were extremely dirty. Management will entertain complaints, but they only get in touch to collect the maintenance fee.
