After I got back from work, I found that housekeeping hadn’t cleaned my room. When I asked a staff member about it, she said we hadn’t hung the housekeeping or do-not-disturb card on the door. After I explained further, it turned out they had forgotten to put the card in the room in the first place. The room wasn’t clean, and the staff’s service was poor. They looked at us as if we owed them something. A lousy hotel, based on my experience. I also asked the receptionist for the boss or person in charge’s contact details so I could make a complaint. They said they didn’t have any contact information and suggested I search Google for an email address.

A comfortable place for a few days, with friendly, efficient staff and a room that has the basics. Restaurants, laundry shops and a 7 Eleven are all around the hotel, so the location is handy. The nearest bank, CIMB, is quite far away.

The hygiene isn’t something to expect much from, but the price is reasonable. It’s close to town and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

There are lots of halal and non-halal restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the price is very reasonable. I’d definitely stay here again.

A quiet spot to rest, with friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, and there are food outlets and a cafe nearby.
