The location is the main drawback, since it's a long way from town and the attractions. The room was decent enough, and the roomy parking area was a plus. For RM 90 - 100+, it felt like a good deal.

We had a nice stay, and they even decorated the room for my wife and me. The first room was small and didn't cool down, but the staff were friendly and professional and moved us to a better one. Really appreciate it.

There was dirt and hair all over the shower, and I found a bug in the bed. The place felt almost abandoned and the room hadn't been cleaned. I don't understand why it's still available to book. Don't go.

It's a long way from everything, and the bathroom drains slowly. The shower barely gets warm, which was really frustrating. The spa was a bright spot: steam room and sauna access cost RM 48, while an RM 88 massage came with sauna use included. Passable.

I had shoulder pain, and the masseur kindly focused on that area. The staff were amazing and helpful, and the whole place was very clean. They had everything ready, including phone storage, a sauna, and private showers. Definitely worth trying for a professional massage. Sandakan isn't hard to get around, and Grab is handy.
