The room itself was decent enough for a short stay, and luckily we were only there for one night. I’d expected more after reading good hotel reviews. The front desk didn’t seem to check the request in the system, even though it was just for a higher floor. They put us on the ground floor and said no other rooms were available. The shower heater also wasn’t working, and the front desk offered no solution.

Right behind Rumah Kelahiran Mahathir, and Nasi Lemak Royale is nearby. The room was very clean, with the basic necessities and a hair dryer provided.

The family room worked well for us: two queen beds, lots of plug points on both sides, and a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom was roomy and had a bathtub. Even though we arrived late at night, the staff were really helpful. Great little boutique hotel, and I'd happily stay here again.

Parking was easy, the room was very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. I'd recommend this hotel.

The room size was just right and the place was clean. It's about five minutes from the ktm station.
