The receptionist was okay, but the cleanliness made this the worst T+ Hotel branch I've stayed at. On arrival at T+ Hotel Anggerik, I saw a large dead cockroach on the floor and odd stains on the bedsheet. The hotel was fully booked, so when I asked to change rooms, I had to settle for having them clean it instead. The bathroom was especially unpleasant: the toilet was really dirty and the floor felt sticky. The website photos don't seem to show the actual state of the rooms, especially the bathrooms. I'm going to upload photos so future guests can see what it's really like. The hotel is near a wet market, which added to an unpleasant stay. I know they probably won't act on this review, but I'm sharing what happened so people can know the condition before checking in. I wouldn't recommend it if you want somewhere comfortable and clean.

We picked this hotel because we were visiting somewhere nearby. It's a slightly old place, and even the water heater is a very old model 😬. The room was OK, and the staff are doing their best to run and maintain things. Overall, OK OK.

The TV couldn't be used, the toilet was very dirty, and there was no water for hours. The air con took too long to cool the room, and customer service at check-in was really poor. Cheap, but not worth it. Terrible hotel, and I'm not coming back.

We found this place simple and not too expensive for a few nights, and it was fairly clean. There's lots of food nearby, plus a shopping centre. The people selling food were friendly, and you can ask them or the counter staff if you need to know anything. I brought my god brother for a two-day, one-night stay. I got curious and went to check the room 🤣🤣🤣🤣 because the single rooms were full. He had to take a bigger room for three people, just RM120 with a RM50 deposit. Love it 😊

The price was okay, and the quadruple room with four single beds had quite a lot of space. Cleanliness could be better, and the location is a little far from the centre.
