The apartment I got through Airbnb was great, though the location is the bigger question for me. Shops are easy to reach nearby, and there are food stalls, a mini bazaar, and Ampang Point, about 5 minutes by car. Having your own vehicle is a plus. Read the owner or representative’s instructions carefully for getting into the building and your unit, or it can get confusing. There’s an individual lift to the unit, and the main lift area is at R level. If you’re driving a long wheelbase vehicle or MPV, choose basement parking instead of an upper tier, as it’s easier to get into. The ramp to the upper levels is almost impossible in the rain, and even when dry the wheels keep spinning. Tower 1 has a Lazy River on level 35, reached by the Fireman Lift. You need to book ahead to swim, and booking through your Rep/ Agent is easier. Tell them how many people are coming. I tried to book myself and ran into problems, including no Security at level 35. It also wasn’t well maintained. Would I come back? Maybe, maybe not. I like the apartment, but the location is the main factor.

Looking for a long-term rental? Run, this place has awful management that never picks up the phone. It’s really dirty, with lots of cockroaches 🪳, and the elevators are always slow because so many Airbnb guests use them.

It’s dusty and old, and nothing downstairs feels safe. The playground is right by the car park, which isn’t safe for kids. The pictures make this place look much better than it is. The pool is small, and the lazy river doesn’t work and is empty for a reason. It’s dirty, and although they make it seem private and say you have to book the lazy river, there’s nobody there to guide you. Don’t stay here if you have kids or want to enjoy the amenities.
