Permai Seri is well placed for getting into City Town, with a flyover nearby and LRT amapng about 2 Kilo away. Within 1.5 Kilo there are filling stations, a food court, Ampang Point shopping mall, an indoor playground, and more. The multi-storey Permai Seri Apartments, also called Permai Puti, has modern facilities including a pool, mini grocery shop, laundry, mosque, restaurant, children's playground and kids corner, plus parking on the fifth storey. The local and Nepalese staff are professional and do their best. Maintenance staff respond, though they can be slow to deal with problems.

It’s close to Jalan Ampang. If you’re just visiting someone, the place is fine, but I wouldn’t move in. The elevator seems to be under maintenance almost all the time, and visitors don’t get parking. Rent is MYR 1,200 for a three-bedroom place with one bathroom.

I visited my mother this morning. There was a lot of rubbish on the floor and in the parking area, and the lift was dirty and smelly. Management also needs to provide more visitor parking. This is my honest opinion.

One of five residential buildings in the area. It’s well lived in, with enough density to feel comfortable. Relatively clean and maintained, with 24/7 security and working amenities.
