Bayou Lagoon Water Park Resort at Melaka by HCK

The room rack had come loose and the shower lock was broken. Parking was a real hassle, too, since it seemed almost nonexistent and was a long way from the apartment. There was no WiFi at all, and the water park had an extra charge on weekends, which felt like a hidden fee. The price was too high, and the advertising promised far more than the disappointing reality. Please improve things or just close the hotel.

Parking was easy, and the room was clean. A free water park pass came with it. The park itself was good, with a large area and some pretty decent rides, especially for kids.

There was plenty of room, but cleanliness needs work. I found dust and hair in the room, and the air conditioner was dusty as well. The shared area, though, was clean.

I'd rather go somewhere else if someone invited me back. The room was mediocre and housekeeping was poor. Some facilities were damaged, while others, like the swimming pool, came at an extra cost. Pool services should be outside the water park. That park felt overpriced for just three sections, especially with the roller coaster section closed.
