I asked to check out after just 10 minutes, but was told they'd deduct the room payment and refund only the deposit. I had requested a better room, but none was available. The room experience was awful: it was listed as a 3-star hotel, yet the accommodation was worse than a bachelor rental room. The washroom seriously stank, and the entrance to the room corridor was terrible, with broken bed sets placed there like a storage entrance. The management service felt like total forgery. At RM88 a night, it wasn't worth it and felt like cash burned. Avoid staying in a room like this, and ask to view it before paying. Worst experience in ayer keroh.

The location and service were okay, and the staff were helpful and friendly even though they use a self check-in system. The room and toilet were clean, but the dirty bedsheet and towel left us itchy while sleeping. Air ventilation was poor too, with no window and no toilet ventilator. Maybe Jabatan Bomba should review it.

I booked through agoda, but on the day I wanted to check in there was no water supply for the toilet. Three or four guests had already complained and it still hadn't been fixed. When I asked for a refund, the admin was casual about it and unprofessional. This establishment is pretty bad. If you want to do tourism, take it seriously: you must have an MT team that can troubleshoot problems, and hire more pleasant front desk staff. Please take this seriously, otherwise people will think this establishment is just to .................

The location gets five stars from me, very close to Pantai Ayer Keroh. There are still a lot of things to improve. Brighter lights, for example, could help guests feel safe. The air conditioning works well, but the water pressure is very low. The staff are okay, but the female staff member working at night, please overhaul the whole system and make use of the strategic location you already have.

The location is perfect for a solo trip to melaka, and the room is good for the price. Pantai Hospital is within walking distance, with a petrol station and restaurants like MCD just a short drive away. It's also close to the highway, MITA, ZOO, and some POI Melaka.
