Club Med Cherating Beach

I really liked that the GOs could join us for meals. That’s something I’ve always wanted on a holiday, and it made the stay feel special. The staff were warm and friendly, especially Yik, RueyNie, and Jonas. Yik gave a very professional sailing briefing, RueyNie found alternatives to the drink we first wanted, and Jonas was great company on the dance floor. This was our first time at Club Med, and one of the best choices we’ve made. We’ll definitely come back.

The G.Os made our family holiday feel special, and we were touched when several of them came to say goodbye at checkout. Hafidz was patient while teaching me to stand-up paddleboard, even though I had no experience, and by the end I felt like a pro. My first sailing trip with Yoe was another highlight. Thanks as well to Yoe and Hafidz from Water Sports, Izwan from Finance, Jover the singer, and Zue from Mini Club for their kindness and dedication. We’d just spent 4days3nights at Club Med Cherating, with a lush jungle setting, a peaceful beach, and activities all day long. Thank you for the lovely memories. We hope to return soon.

Rock climbing was one of the highlights of our trip to Club Med Cherating. Niki, Lunker, Aizeck, and Zarul made it enjoyable and kept safety a priority while still making the session feel adventurous. They were patient and encouraging, and helped beginners and more experienced climbers feel supported and confident. Their enthusiasm made the activity fun. I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re visiting.

We came home 4.5kg heavier after six days, thanks to the kitchen team’s amazing food and desserts. Even without meeting them in person, we really appreciated it. The resort will soon close for a major renovation, and I hope to see the staff again on another trip. There were so many people we met that I can’t remember all their names, but the chats over meals added a lot to the experience. Thanks to everyone, including the friendly GOs and GEs who greeted us with big smiles. Each morning, the reception team made us feel welcome. Tan, Nesh, and Grace brought great energy, and we enjoyed lunch, dinner, and drinks together. The sports team were professional and made sure guests had fun while keeping safety first. Thanks to Wind and Zack. Lifeguard Wind was serious on the job, while Flying Zack amazed us in the circus shows at night. We had an amazing six days at Club Med Cherating, with great food, a lovely atmosphere, and a fantastic team.
