We were happy with our stay. The hotel was new, clean and spacious, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It's convenient for families, with Chin Swee Temple and the cable car station nearby, plenty of food options and convenience stores, and a Petron less than 200 metres away. There's free parking too. The location is cool and pleasant, though not as cool or foggy as the top of Genting Highlands. I paid RM 507 for a weekend room, with breakfast extra. I chose the hotel after reading good things about the breakfast, but saw a promotion in the lift and hadn't noticed it before booking. Also, there are Geo Airbnb units nearby, so don't confuse them with Geo Resort and Hotel. The hotel is comfortable, easy to get around, and worth the cost, especially if you're bringing the whole family. I'd stay again.

The food was a highlight, with a wide choice of tasty dishes from starters and mains to desserts and coffee. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby if you want to lepak for food or drinks. I was here for work for 2d1n, and check-in was easy. The staff were friendly, and my room was very clean and comfortable, with good water pressure.

There are lots of restaurants just across the road, and SkyAvenue at Genting Highlands is about 15 minutes away, so the location is convenient. The rooms feel fresh, and they're clean and spacious. I had a stunning view, though that may vary depending on the floor and room. Customer service could be better, but the security staff are consistently welcoming and friendly.

Really impressive service, especially from Wallace at check-in and another Abg. The staff were always smiling, the rooms were very clean, and the place feels classy. We had a lovely balcony view, and getting to F&B from the hotel was easy. A very good stay, 1000/100. I'll come back and recommend it to friends, clients and relatives.

Everything nearby was a big plus. Food stalls, 7-Eleven and other shops are easy to reach on foot, and many are open 24 hours. The staff were polite and friendly, always greeting guests with a smile. Our room was beautiful, tidy, spotless and comfortable, and the hotel has a lovely welcoming feel. A 10/10 stay for me, highly recommended!
