The room was a letdown, dirty and smelly. Someone had left a mask behind, there was no safety lock on the main door, and the bathroom door was missing, so there was no privacy for showering. The bathroom itself was dirty too. There was no tissue, iron, kettle, or drinking water. I really wouldn't recommend staying here.

I checked in on 4.11.23 and was told only a single room was available. It was small, and the television didn't work. Before checkout, I went to shower but there was no water. The room cost RM 70 per night.

Very disappointed. I booked through Agoda at a good price, but the hotel wouldn't let us check in because the Agoda rate was cheap. That's not my fault when Agoda offered that deal. The front desk staff were rude to customers.

The staff were friendly, and the location is good, but they don't speak English. There's a very noisy bar nearby, with music going until 3 a.m. every night.

Good location and great hospitality, though the guest rooms need a lot of improvement.
