We booked a Deluxe Triple Room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed for 3 days and 2 nights, which worked for our small group. The hotel’s central location made it a practical base for exploring Kuching on foot and getting local food and shopping. Jalan Padungan is within walking distance, with plenty of local eateries, cafés, and shops. Tun Jugah Shopping Centre and Hills Shopping Mall are also a short walk away. Kuching Waterfront, Plaza Merdeka, and Carpenter Street can be reached on foot or with a short drive.

The staff were nice and helpful, but the room wasn’t quiet and we could hear the neighbours. The equipment was made from really basic, low quality materials, and there was a very bad smell from the AC. I only booked because we extended our Kuching stay by one day and there was no other availability. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The bathroom was roomy and clean, with toiletries, hot and cold water, and strong pressure. We also slept well after a long day, and the room gave my family enough space. The hotel is on a main road, so some noise comes through, though it didn't ruin our rest. Parking nearby was a bit of a gamble. We found this place at the last minute during the school and public holiday rush last September, when the other hotels were full. I hadn't expected much beyond somewhere to rest, but the renovated interior surprised me. The lobby looked lovely, and the room was clean and modern too. It seems to be an older hotel that's been renovated really well. I'd stay here again.

Food is easy to find nearby, and the location was really convenient. Our group of about 50 came from Semenanjung and stayed from 4th - 7th July 2025. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

The lounge was a nice spot to unwind, and the waterfront was within walking distance. I stayed overnight with my family in a Deluxe Triplet Room for three. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well ventilated. The customer service was great, and the staff were very helpful.
