The rooms are pleasant and clean. The Wi-Fi makes online work a pain, though, and the door creaks so loudly it could wake the dead. Fix those two things and this would be a much better place.

The shared area has a water dispenser and an iron, handy little touches that made my stay easier. I also felt safe, with security cameras around the hotel, and the whole place was clean and well looked after. The staff were really friendly, always smiling and ready to help with whatever I needed. I enjoyed staying here and would come back or recommend it to others.

The room wasn't clean enough. There were stains on the bedsheets, the bathroom floor was slippery, and the area under the phone receiver was very dirty. They only provide two small bars of soap, with no shampoo or shower gel. At least a few small sachets would help.

I was so happy to get a big family room with two queen beds for RM170. One suggestion: adding a simple rod for hanging clothes would make the place nicer.

The room was neat and big enough, and the washroom was pretty good. There are windows for a fresh breeze, but no electric kettle, and the bed isn't long enough for tall people. They charged RM10 tourism tax again at the hotel, and took a RM50 deposit.
