I booked through Agoda and drove 40 minutes to get there, only for the person in charge to say the place was fully booked. They told me to complain to Agoda because they said Agoda had accepted the booking by mistake. Nobody contacted me after the booking was confirmed to explain the situation. The person in charge was rude and had a bad attitude. When I called Agoda back, they said the room should have been available. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
