The location was convenient and the atmosphere relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean, and well cared for, and the staff were professional and ready to help. A very good hotel with excellent service. Highly recommend.

For a cheap place, it was just okay, but the hotel feels tired and needs attention. The bathroom is cramped, with sharp edges that you keep bumping into. The walls are dirty and yellowish and could use fresh paint. The bath towel looks more like a foot mat now and should be replaced. The public ironing board could be replaced too, they cost under RM15 at Eco, Ninso or any RM2 shop. You proudly display your organisation chart and achievement certificates, but the hotel itself needs work.

A cheaper place to stay than a Desaru hotel, and only 6km from Desaru. Handy location for getting around Desaru.

Breakfast was simple but filling, and I’d definitely come back. The hotel is clean and affordable, and the good cleanliness adds value to this basic place. Rooms have air conditioning, a water heater, TV and WiFi. The Coway water dispenser, iron and ironing board are outside the room.

It might be okay for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend staying longer. The room is cramped, the pillow too soft, and the living standard is only below average. One of the room sockets wasn't working. Staff also wouldn't help tourists change money.
