The kids had plenty to do here, so it worked really well for a family stay. Our room was comfortable, the facilities were kept up well, and we enjoyed the food. Ichwan and RK made the visit especially memorable. They were attentive and friendly, and went out of their way to help us feel welcome. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Thanks to the whole team!

We stayed 3D2N in a newly renovated 3BR. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the kids enjoyed the water play area, though it could use renovation. Only block C was available for a 3BR, and it's the furthest from the main lobby, so keep that in mind if you're with older family members. There is a buggy, but there can be a wait during busy periods. Our rooms had no view.

I've usually booked a studio here, but this time I tried a 2 bedroom room and it was spacious and newly updated. Everything was clean and cozy, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. Lotus Desaru Beach Resort is in a perfect spot for a beach getaway. I loved the stay and will be back! 🤩🏖️✨

The kids especially enjoyed the water playground and mini golf, while more active guests can try sea sports, paint ball, or the basketball court. There's a wide range of food and activities for different ages, with plenty of space for families and corporate groups. It's not the newest property on Desaru, but it's well managed and maintained. Great value for money.

The living hall in our apartment never really got cold, probably because the aircon was old and inefficient. Still, it was a great family getaway, and the little water park kept the children happily busy. Breakfast buffet, WiFi, and toiletries were provided, and it was a good value deal during Ramadan.
