Hotel AL Amin

The one good thing was the location. We stayed one night as a family of five, but there was no hot water. The reception said no technician was available, which was inconvenient. The towels were old and stained, and the power went out several times that night, making an already poor stay worse.

We checked three different rooms, and they were all just as dirty. The staff were unhelpful and unpleasant. When we asked for clean sheets, the ones they gave us were even dirtier. Don't stay here just because it's cheap, you'll regret it.

The room listings aren't accurate. Our room had nothing but a bed, fan, and clothes hangers. Many rooms apparently lack a TV, toilet, AC, or coffee maker, despite what the amenities say. It's an extremely bare-bones hotel, so I don't understand its three-star rating.

We were very satisfied with the clean rooms and toilets, and the manager was friendly and nice. Masjid Jamek LRT is very close, which made it convenient for our family to get to the malls. We'd definitely stay here again when we're in KL.
